Market Time: The time from list to contract was brisk, averaging about 30 days to contract in both towns. Most listings (over 90%) sold in 90 days or less.
Buyer Takeaway: Buyers can talk with their agent to determine the best offer approach based on their goals and the status of home they are considering, since competition for houses was case-by-case.
Seller Takeaway: Sellers who priced competitively to draw buyers in quickly and invested in the steps needed to present their property in its best light realized a strong sale price in minimal time.
